Right from the El Merendón mountain community where our scholarship students attend school, our beans are carefully roasted to perfection. You’ll fall in love with the balance of an earthy, chocolatey flavor with a touch of acidity and the light floral and citrus notes of the mountains.

Our coffee plantations meet the highest eco-friendly standards possible. The farmers in El Merendón grow our coffee organically without the use of pesticides. The plants are also shade-grown, which provides a habitat for birds and other animals, and that promotes biodiversity in the ecosystem. These choices, along with more sustainable agricultural practices, ensure that the soil retains its nutrients so that the beautiful El Merendón mountains can provide us with high quality coffee for years to come.
